Psychotherapy:

  • Therapy for adults, adolescents, families and groups.

 

Health Coaching:

  • Customized programs to help you achieve specific goals to improve your health and well-being.  This includes help for those wanting to move towards whole food plant-based eating for health. 

 

Consulting and Speaking:

  • I am available for speaking or consulting for professional engagements, patient or provider education, and medical marketing.  I am also available to consult with patient family members and treatment teams. 

 

**Most services can be in person, by phone, or video-conferencing (Zoom).  Psychotherapy clients must be in the state of California.

For potential clients, I like to offer a complementary 1/2 hour "meet and greet".  This allows us to learn about each other and see if we would work well together.

I utilize empirically-supported treatments individualized for your specific needs including:  Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Positive Psychology.

Reimbursement for psychotherapy

  • I do not take any insurance.  However, if you have a PPO, you can potentially receive reimbursement at the out-of-network rate.  You would need to check with your insurance company for details.   I also offer a sliding scale when appropriate.
